LMS is your school’s shelf of learning materials: links to documents, videos and websites that teachers want classes to use. Each resource can be shared with one class and subject, or with everyone, and parents and students find them in the portal.

Check the sharing settings on your file. If a Google Drive or OneDrive file is private, parents and students will be asked to sign in and won’t be able to open it. Set it so anyone with the link can view.
Change or delete a resource
- Click the pencil icon to change the title, type, link, class, subject or description, then click Save Resource.
- Click the bin icon and confirm to delete it. It disappears from the portal straight away. The file itself, wherever you stored it, is not touched.
The cards at the top count all resources, and how many are documents, videos and links.
Good to know
- LMS stores links, not files. You can’t upload a file here.
- There are no quizzes, lessons or progress tracking. It’s a shared list of links.
- Everyone who can open the screen can edit or delete any resource.
- If you move or delete the original file, the link breaks. Edit the resource and paste the new link.
